If you do not have one crawl against the wall, but not next to windows which may fall.

The ground will shake even after the main earthquake is overdue to aftershocks. Consider moving when the earth is still. Start by inspecting gas leaks, plumbing, and electrical faults. Contact the right repair contractors if you notice any faults to prevent underlying damage that may be triggered by human activities.
